Born and raised in Cocoa Beach. Rarely, if ever, leaves Florida—willing to make the occasional exception for great waves elsewhere. An interesting fellow who has led quite the life having been an astronaut, pro golfer, world famous theme park critic, and hurricane chaser (who stays on to help restore affected communities). For beachgoers willing to hear him out, he has many, many stories. They never seem to be quite sure of all his exploits. Promethei Paula swears they’re all true. No one can deny, however, that Moe really was the guy behind the headline, “FLORIDA MAN SURFS WITH GATOR!”
