Born near Victoria’s legendary Bells Beach, Billy grew up watching some of the world’s best surfers take on its powerful waves. He started surfing in the chilly Southern Ocean and quickly developed a fearless approach to big, challenging conditions. Billy loves the sound of the famous Bells trophy, but believes the best reward is sharing an unforgettable wave with your mates. When the surf is flat, he searches the coastline for new breaks and keeps a close watch on the next swell.
